Transcription factor: YvrH

Factor type OmpR response regulator
SWISS-PROT P94504
SubtiList BG12452
Consensus seq. ND
Comment As the sequence data of the yvrGH genes was corrected, the former gene yvrH was divided into two genes, yvrHa and yvrHb. The latter functions as a response regulator of a two-component system, with yvrG acting as the Class IIIA sensor kinase.
