Comments: The internal promoter in front of glpQ, leading to a 1.1 kb transcript. Transcriptional terminatation at the stem-loop downstream of the glpT promoter is thought to be alleviated by GlpP binding to the ribosomal antiterminator (RAT) sequence in the presence of glycerol-3-phosphate.
