Comments: Yoshida found a yxeKLMNOPQ (7.0 kb) mRNA transcript, and a yxeR-yxxB (2.4 kb) transcript by Northern blotting analysis. yxeR and yxxB monocistronic transcripts (1.4 kb and 1.0 kb, respectively) were also detected. Burguiere et al., on the other hand, show a yxeKLMNOPQR operon.
